At the Campus Service Point, a joint facility for building technology, food service and internal services in Unterföhring, you can receive information on topics like lost property, table reservations at the Trattoria and campus cars. Complex and subject-specific concerns that cannot be fully addressed by the Campus Service Point are forwarded to the relevant departments.
The Campus Service Point is right for you if:
• Repairs are necessary, such as:
Broken blinds
Clogged drains
Dripping faucets
Broken heating
Stuck door lock
Coffee or snack machine not working
• Cleaning services are urgently needed
• The data deletion container needs to be emptied
• Moving boxes are needed
• The room name is missing
• The power goes out
• Information on reception desks, security, mail rooms or food service is needed

Cell Phone Charging Station
A charging station for recharging cell phones from all manufactures is available for employees on campus between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. It is located at the Service Point, Building 1 D01008. To ensure that you get your own cell phone back afterwards, it is locked in during the charging process.

Charging cables with the most common connectors are available at these charging stations. You can use them to recharge your e-bikes quickly and free of charge.

School Vacation Childcare
In cooperation with ElternService AWO GmbH and the local facilities of the AWO, Allianz offers its employees qualified care for children from six to twelve years of age nationwide during the summer and autumn school vacations for the respective German states. Vacation childcare is financially supported by the employer for all eligible employees who take advantage of this service, so employees only have to pay a small share of the costs. Connect.

Amazon Locker
Amazon Orders: You don’t want to rely on delivery times from delivery services or the business hours of the package acceptance office any more? No problem! From now on you can have your Amazon orders conveniently sent to the campus. The new package station, called the Amazon Locker, is located directly in front of Building 5 on Dieselstrasse.
Please note that the Amazon Locker can only be used for Amazon deliveries. The packages should not exceed the maximum dimensions of 42 cm x 35 cm x 32 cm and a weight of 4.5 kilograms. In addition, packages must be picked up at the Amazon package station within three working days.
